Tell us headcount, rooms, payment choice (40% deposit, 100% prepay, or 30-day transfer), date and time. This is not a booking — we reply by email with an offer and, where applicable, a pro-forma for the deposit.

Tick the rooms you care about (same titles as under Locations). Each booked room counts as 4 tariff units in the quote (e.g. 2 participants + 1 room → priced on 4 units). For larger groups (~16+) we usually suggest 3–4 rooms.
