What is an escape game?

It’s a live experience: you enter a themed space and have around 60 minutes to solve puzzles, find clues and complete your mission. Physical strength isn’t the focus — teamwork, creativity and focus matter most; many teams describe a feeling of flow (the absorbing experience psychologists describe).

Game masters can give guided hints if the team gets stuck — keeping things balanced and safe.
